Are my transactions and credit card info secure when going through Email Discounts™?

When you check out at any merchants on our site, you are on the safest possible connection, a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). However, Email Discounts™ is not responsible for purchases made on the merchant websites.

How can I make sure I´m saving as much as possible?

Join Email Discounts™ and you’ll find it easier than ever to save on your purchases. Once you’ve signed up, be sure to always visit Emaildescounts.com before you start online shopping. You can use our search tools to look for Discounts and Stores or browse by Category. Click on the Store, make your purchase, and you’ll automatically earn cash back.

How does Cash Back work?

When you complete an offer through the Cash Back Shopping sections of Email Discounts™, your account will be credited within 45 days. At the end of each calendar quarter, we check your account to see how much Cash Back you have accumulated. If you’ve verified your email address and have over $20 in your account , your check will be mailed by the 20th of the following month. If you have accumulated less than $20, we roll your Cash Back over to the next quarter. Your Cash Back will not expire.

Do all purchases I make at Email Discounts™ merchants get credited by Email Discounts™?

Yes, if you start at Email Discounts™ every time you shop there. If you do not click through Email Discounts™ prior to entering the merchant site, you will not be credited with Cash Back. There are also some products that do not qualify for Cash Back (see below).

You must click through Email Discounts™ every time you shop at a merchant site. If you click through Email Discounts™ and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web, return to that store and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn Cash Back. If you use multiple windows on your browser, make sure the window in which you shop the merchant’s site was opened from the Email Discounts™ web site.

Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn Email Discounts™ Cash Back?

We work with our merchants to provide you access to discounts and coupons that you can combine with the Email Discounts™ Cash Back to maximize savings. We try very hard to provide an extensive list of such merchant specials and coupons. If you choose to use coupons and specials not listed on the Email Discounts™ site, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive Email Discounts™ Cash Back on your purchases.

Furthermore, please be advised that coupons and special offers listed on the Email Discounts™ site are subject to change. Restrictions may apply. Email Discounts™ tries to present the most accurate offers but cannot make guarantees due to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions.

How do I change my email address or other account information?

You can change your Email Discounts™ information at any time. This includes your email address, password, postal address and other personal information. To make changes, just sign into your account and click on "My Account" on the menu bar. Next, click "Update Information," on the left side of the screen, and you should be brought to a page with form fields, in which you can update any of your information details.

For instance, if you would like to opt-out of receiving newsletters and email messages, uncheck the box next to: "Yes, I wish to receive my personalized newsletter using the above settings" which appears under the additional information section of your account profile. When you finish updating your account information, remember to click “Submit”.

Remember, if you change your email address, for your own security you must verify your new email address before you can be sent a Email Discounts™ Cash Back check.

What are "cookies" and how do I enable them?

Cookies are simply text files that allow a site to recognize you when you return, so you don´t have to log in again and again. Cookies used by Email Discounts™ and our network of merchants are completely safe and are enabled by default with most browsers.

What if Email Discounts™ doesn´t offer the store I want?

Based on the information we get from users like you, we work daily to ensure our subscribers – will enjoy a variety of high-quality goods and services from respected merchants. If you do not find your favorite store or would like to recommend a store to us, please contact us via the Support Contact Form. We will do everything possible to add your merchant.

What if I want to return or cancel an order?

Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any Cash Back earned from that sale.

Returns and exchanges make Cash Back ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the Email Discounts™ commission gets reversed. A new commission is not established because the merchant has created the new order (that is, the order was not completed through Email Discounts™ - but placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will not pay us commission for an exchange, which means we have no Cash Back to pass on to you.

How do I pay for my Email Discounts™ account?

You will be responsible for the low monthly fee of only $14.95 that will be billed on your local telephone bill on the ESBI bill page as charges on behalf of "Email Discounts™". Your account can be canceled anytime you wish (see above) and will not be charged if you decide to cancel within the first 72 hours after activating your account. However, if cancel your account later than 72 hours from the date/time displayed on your activation email, you will be responsible for this month’s $14.95 fee mentioned above.
